Co-Pastor Annette Phelps, the daughter of the late Eddie Williams Jr., a hard working giving father and Pastor Martha Williams a powerful woman of God.  She was born again at the age of nine, under the leadership of Pastor Martha Williams. Under the leadership of Pastor Williams she developed a strong faith in God.  Co-Pastor Annette is the youngest of six children; two sisters and three brothers. 

Co-Pastor Annette, married Senior Pastor Darrin Phelps in May of 1992 and from this wonderful union came two children Aliyah and Darrin Justin Phelps. Co-Pastor Annette is an entrepreneur; (Daycare), and a licensed caterer (DAP Foods Inc.); a good cook who delights in cooking big meals and feeding people. She returned to the University of Cincinnati to complete a degree in Organizational Leadership (Graduation date 2010).    

Co-Pastor Annette, affectionately known as Pastor Net or P. Net, became Co-Pastor of St James Church of God (DAP Ministries) in the year 2000.  In and outside of the house of God you will find Co-Pastor Annette:

Co- Pastor Annette’s strongest attribute is showing the love of Christ to people; she strongly believes the words of Jesus, “Men will know that you are my disciples by the love you have for one another.”  She is extremely dedicated to her family, DAP Ministries, and most of all The  Lord Jesus Christ.
